Update COW List
1) Download the template (current list). 2) Edit / add rows in Excel. 3) Upload → Preview → Apply.
Rows match on COW_ID. Filled cells overwrite, blank cells keep the old value, type #CLEAR to empty a cell.
New COW_IDs are added; COWs not in the file are left unchanged. New column headers are added to the list.
